Keith purchased his first property at a young age and grew his substantial property portfolio to include a mix of residential, commercial, investment and development sites. His business experience includes commercial sales and leasing, specialising in the re-leasing and on-sell of design and construct projects. Before moving into development, Keith was one of the Sunshine Coast's leading brokers of leasing and sales of retail, commercial and industrial projects and he is well-connected to all the major agencies throughout South East Queensland, which means that your property will be well represented. Michael is a long time local of the Sunshine Coast region and represents the next generation of the Shadforth family, which has extensive experience in development, project management, consulting and contracting. He has also worked on major property deals throughout Queensland and in big business in Victoria. Michael has overseen the creation of live market intelligence programs and his in-depth understanding of demographic drivers and experience in profiling and securing both tenants and investors ensures the company’s competitive edge. Michael’s combined expertise in demanding manufacturing, retail and property environments means that Property Only clients can be sure that our active matching of tenants to sites that fit their business needs will accelerate your project success. Keith and Michael are supported by our team and every member has extensive knowledge of the local Sunshine Coast region and Queensland property markets.
